(Conceptual Site Plan Study……Sun Valley in Reno,NV)
This is one of my first “Official” Conceptual Site Plan Designs for the City Of Pismo Beach in California when I was finishing up at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. Just came across this old copy from the newspaper for the Central Coast Area when I was an intern in the Planning Department. This old clipping is 45 years old from 1980. This was the Initial Concept to Upgrade the Parking and Visitor Area by the famous PISMO PIER that was used as the preliminary “Blueprint” for what is actually built there today……Looking back it was a pretty crude drawing but ended up being effective and did the job….
